Josie attended the Universidade de Coimbra in Portugal, graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a triple major. Her personal encounters with the healthcare system, both as a caregiver and a patient, profoundly shaped her perspective. Her beliefs align perfectly with the MediZen Institute ethos, which is why she aims to ensure every client feels they have received the best care and attention possible.
